Deep in the frosty forest,
Among the sleeping trees
We search for cool treasures
Of any imaginable kind.
Trees are covered in icicles.
Snap one off a branch
Then lick it, it might not be peppermint,
But has the magical flavor of frost.
The remains of our snowman!
Let’s take his hat and scarf,
For we don’t want to litter!
Oh, a carrot! Let’s save that for a bunny!
Let’s search under the snow.
Most things there we cannot keep,
For they belong to the forest.
These treasures we find can only be seen.
Now let’s quietly sneak back home,
Let the forest sleep until spring.
